This course is from start to finish: you will watch a Salmon and Halibut get filleted, and then you will prepare and cook the fish. Learn how to cook, crack, clean and eat a crab with style, and yes, bibs are provided! Your host will also feature tips on smoking meats at the custom Alder wood smoker. Gathered around a family style table your experience ends with a feast of Salmon, Crab, Halibut, Turkey, Ham, Brisket and more.
Minimum age to participate is 12 years old. Photo identification is required for the purchase of alcohol beverages at all times.
