Icy Strait Point Salmon Dip & Spread
1 7.5 oz can of Wild Icy Strait Point Smoked King or Sockeye Salmon
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped green onion or minced onion
Drain salmon, add to remaining ingredients in bowl, blend with fork.
Serve with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables for an easy and delicious appetizer.
